We have years of experience. 4 Keeps was reformed in 2022 after being involved in the photographic Industry taking wedding photographs and video since 1987. The wedding services stopped in 2000 due to other commitments to our parent company but the passion to provide a service has never disappeared.
We took a decision in 2022 to restart this side of our business after the recruitment of our chief camera operator Freddie, now with a fresh approach to this insustry but with years of experience backing the service to produce films and also photography that portray a romantic storytelling feel.
We believe that a wedding film should tell a story, your story and our team of editors will work to make your film into the best visual experience for you, your family and friends to enjoy.
We have added our new wedding photography services in 2023 with two very talented female photographers who will again capture your day exactly the way you want it using imagination and vision to create an amazing photographic story for you.

Here at 4 Keeps we believe film making is a special way of capturing those special moments. You can hear someones laugh, see that big smile, live the emotion of the day and relive that ” I do” embrace over and over again.
Throughout our storytelling, we aim to capture the unforgettable moments of a wedding day with the skill and the passion to tell your story. Which ever package you choose, we will make sure nothing is missed on your big day. We know the Brides and the Grooms are the busiest people on the day – it is our job to capture the moments not always seen throughout the day.
We shoot our wedding films with a minimum of two camera operators for each service. With either of our packages our camera operators will be with you for the whole of the time we are employed.
Your Wedding film, Highlight and Social Media film will be guaranteed to be with you no longer than 5 weeks after your wedding day. This is our guarantee. Our film editors are on standby to start work as soon as the day is over. In order to tailor your film to you, we want to hear your story, no couple or person is the same so your input into our production is always taken into account.
We also encourage our couples to be involved with the process to select music. It is your film – it is important to us that you enjoy every aspect of it !

That is why we offer a balance of a youthful approach and experience within the same company. Our photographic team is made up from two amazingly talented ladies. Both with a great eye for details and imagination in the creation of your photos
We offer a one price service for our wedding photography with no additions and hidden costs, the price we advertise is the price you pay. Both our photographers will be with you for the whole day according to the instructions we take from you. From our initial conversations with you we will know exactly the way you would like your day to proceed. From the start to the end.

Wedding Filming - Package 2
This is a shorter day of filming starting at the arrival of your guests at your wedding location through to the first dance but we don’t cut on quality the service we provide is the same except we are with you for a shorter period of time.

Wedding Photography
We have one price for your wedding photography which will include coverage from our two amazing and talented photographer being with you for the whole of your day from the preparations to the first dance of celebrations of fireworks or sparklers.
From the photographs taken of your day you will receive in the region of 350 finished, edited full resolution photographs in addition to an online gallery for you to send to friends and relations.
Total cost for wedding photography £1500
We also have the option of an engagement shoot which has the benefit of us getting to know you and visa versa at a cost of £200
FAQ's
Why should we chose you?
We have years of experience in the photography and film industry and take what we do seriously. We would like to spend some time getting to know you, as individuals and a couple before your big day (as no love story is the same) We really love producing unique films which couples can cherish for years to come.
Do you cover my location?
We cover anywhere across the UK. For any location within 100 miles from our office in Bournemouth, there aren’t any extra travel charges. Any locations further will be an extra charge for every mile added. If accommodation is required, it will also be an additional charge.
What Happens next if we want to book you?
We are delighted that you have chosen us to film your big day. We will send you a contract to read through. Upon you receiving the contract, to secure your date we require the first payment within a week. By paying the deposit we consider this as you agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined in the contract, we will then have regular calls and meetings up until the day of the wedding to discuss all your needs and requirements.
When is the full payment due and how do I pay?
The 1st payment which is a deposit of £100 is due after you have received the contract. The remaining total will then be paid 4 weeks before your big day. Alternatively, you can make a 1 off payment of the full package chosen. We also offer an easy payment plan to allow you to evenly distribute the full amount on an agreed timeframe.
Do you work with photographers?
Working with different photographers is nothing more than an opportunity to work with different creators, so yes we are happy to work alongside any photographer of your choosing whilst we are employed for our filming services.
How far in advance do I need to book?
You can book us as far as years in advance and as late as one week before the wedding. This is subject to availability.
How much interference will you cause?
With filming we always try and film as conspicuous as possible causing minimum interference. We do this by using a variation of lenses that allows us to film from a distance and we will dress to fit in to your wedding theme.
With photography, our job is to capture your day and a photographer can lead and dominate the day with timing and organisation in association with the venues.
How will the film or photos be delivered?
You will receive your films and edited photographs in a personalized USB gift set in addition to an online downloadable gallery and file for the films
What time do you arrive and depart on the day of the wedding?
If you booked us for the full day, we will arrive at the location as early as during decorations and venue preparations and we will depart after the first dance or ending celebrations like fireworks etc. For half day package we will arrive 45 minutes before the ceremony starts and depart after the first dance.
When will my film be ready?
We know no one wants to wait months to be able to watch their wedding film, so we aim to deliver it within 8 weeks after the wedding.
